Police & Crime Commissioners (PCC) Programme Board
To assist transition to the Office of the Police & Crime Commissioner in November 2012, a PCC Programme Board is being established to take account of national developments and deliver the necessary changes locally. Membership will include senior members and officers of the Police Authority and Force with the aim to develop and deliver a work programme focusing on the following areas:
- Finance
- Checks & Balances
- Communications & Community Engagement
- Transfer Schemes
- PCC Office and Election
- Partnerships & Partners
- PCC/Force working
- CPA Issues/Workstream
- Cleveland Police Issues/Workstream
